First Day of Practice: Monday, August 7
Practice Dates/Times: August 7 - August 15: 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
August 16 - Remainder of the season:
Monday-Tuesday-Thursday-Friday: 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Wednesday: 3:00-5:00 pm
Saturday: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Head Coach - Cara Skourtistitle
Cara Skourtis grew up in the East (New York and Connecticut) playing softball and field hockey. After moving to California in her 20s, she participated in various adult athletic activities, and discovered water polo in her 40s. She quickly developed a love for the sport, and has played with Peninsula Water Polo masters women's team in National and World Championship competitions, including Sydney, Australia; Riccione, Italy and Budapest, Hungary. Cara currently coaches 10u girls and women's masters water polo. She lives in San Mateo, and when not coaching water polo or playing water polo, Cara enjoys hiking and doing agility training with her dogs and cheering for the Giants.
