Head Coach Nate Bowen

Head Coach Nate Bowentitle
Nate grew up in Southern California and then attended UC Davis where he was an All-American Cross-Country runner for the Aggies. After graduating from Davis he competed for the Nike Farm Team, a post-collegiate club based at Stanford. As a member of the Farm Team Nate qualified for, and competed in the US Olympic Trials Marathon in 2004. Following the conclusion of his competitive running career Nate became an educator. He is currently in his 18th year of teaching and now serves as the Social Studies department coordinator at Mountain View High School. Nate still runs for fitness and occasionally races as a member of the West Valley Track Club. In addition to running, Nate enjoys skiing, attending concerts, camping, and spending time with his family.
