CSF is the California Scholarship Federation. CSF emphasizes high standards of scholarship and community service for California high school students. Founded in 1921, the California Scholarship Federation is the oldest scholarship institution in the state of California.
Earning the CSF honor is really about recognition, not about scholarship money. They offer very little financially.
Every semester, CSF asks high school students if they'd like to submit their grades to work toward the goal of being a "lifetime member". A lifetime member must have four (4) semesters of CSF notations on their transcript and one semester must be from your senior year.
The CSF recognition can be included on college applications.

The CSF form is on paper. It needs to be completed and then submitted with a printed WHS transcript. The paper form can be picked up in the College Center or here. The finished form with a printed transcript is due to C5 by Friday, September 6. The grades for Semester 2/Spring 2024 [2023-2024] should be used.
Please remember, for CSF, 10 points are required.
A=3 points
B=1 point
AS and AP classes earn an extra point
D and F grades are not acceptable and cancel an application for the semester.
Reminder: The
paper application is due back on FRIDAY, SEPT. 6. A WHS transcript is required.
